One on one interview with the department manager. Quick and basic interview questions. I interviewed for the clothing and beauty department. Got offered the job on the spot and able to begin training after a couple weeks.

How would you handle an escalating situation with a customer.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.

Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
