A recruiter reached out to me after I applied online. She was very direct and a little inflexible with interview times. I moved onto a panel interview with 3 different managers on the team that I thought went excellent but never heard back. After several follow ups the recruiter called me and told me they were going to pass without any feedback. I told the recruiter I was still very interested in any other similar positions and she was cold and told me to just check the job board. Every other position I have applied to since I have gotten a generic rejection letter.
