Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en févr. 2015
Entretien
Applied online. got a phone call a few days later asking to set up an interview. Interviewed a few days later. Went into employee break room and watched a video with a group of of other applicants. There was only one interviewer so the process went very slow. The interviewer was the supervisor of merchandise flow. He was really nice and was very understanding of my nervousness. I don't have any retail experience so I guess that was
probably a turn off. He asked basic interview questions off of a paper and wrote down my responses. Interview lasted about 10 minutes. He told me that i would receive an email within the next few days. A couple days later I got an email saying that I didn't get the job.

Question 1
Name 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses that you believe you possess.
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.

It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
