2 Interviews: 1)Phone interview; 2)Face to face interview
First, they going to call you and give a phone number with an employer code and location code. After that, you going to call the phone number with those two codes and they will give you a confirmation number that you going to be able to have when they call you to your phone interview. After you pass your phone interview, they will call you back like two-three hours later and give you the date and time for your last interview with them.

It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
