J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en avr. 2010
Entretien
There was some waiting involved (get familiar with the "red bench"!) so make sure you plan your day accordingly - it took me about 3 hours start to finish. The interviews were 1:1 with HR manager first, store manager next. While waiting for my interviews to start I had to fill out a questionnaire (different than the one with the application) that tested basic math skills and asked general "what would you do if..." questions. Easy stuff, nothing to get nervous over. Both the HR person and store manager were very nice, they asked the usual interview questions - "Give an example of when you had to work with a team and what was the result." - "Why do you want to work at Target?", etc. In general it was a positive experience.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
