Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en mars 2010
Entretien
I applied to several Target jobs back in January. A few days afterwards I was emailed a link to take an aptitude/intelligence test. It was 90 or so questions long. At first it was just asking basic questions on what I was like personally (did I have a lot of energy and prefer high paced jobs or was I more laid back, etc.) then it had quite a few analytical questions. Quite frankly my preparations for the LSAT helped a lot with the word problems and then there were just basic math questions. You aren't allowed to use a calculator so brush up on some of your basics. The last third of the test gave you a basic situation and then asked what you would do and gave you several choices to choose from. Not too bad overall, though it did take a lot of time. After that it was a waiting game. I had almost given up on ever finding a way to contact them to follow up when I received a call from a campus recruiter today. I was unable to speak with the person directly, but called back and left a message and so will hopefully set up a time for a phone interview soon. This sight has been invaluable in providing insight as to the types of questions I should expect and prepare for. Thank you! Hopefully an offer presents itself in the near future!

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
