Submitted application online and was called a couple of weeks later to come in for an interview. First interview consisted of 2 ETL's (one asking questions and 1 recording your answers). You were automatically pushed to a second interview. Mine was with 1 ETL. I had to wait approx. 20 mins for the second interview. When it was finished, I was asked to take a seat. 30mins later the Store Team Leader came and did a interview. By the time the interviews were completed I had spent almost 2.5 hours at their temp office. Upon conclusion of the interview, I was told HR would call and set up a 4th and final interview with their human resources business partner. I was casually told that those who make it to the 4th interview are usually a shoe in. 4th interview was about 4 days later. Approx. 20 mins in length. Afterwards I was asked to wait again. After waiting for 20 or so minutes, I was presented with a conditional offer (based on a background check). Once presented with the offer, the ETL for human resources took over and explained the process. I was not allowed to push my start date further, so I was only able to give my employer at the time 1 weeks notice.
