First, I went over to their guest service desk. I waited a couple minutes until my interviewer took me back to an office for the interview. We talked about my previous experience in retail and what area I'd be interested working in. I was offered the job in my interview.

Virtual Interview, questions revolve around leadership and responsibilities. Prior to the interview there is a behavioral online assessment. Orientation is in person and usually in a group. Will spend your first day shadowing and completing training videos.

The interview process at Target was very straightforward and conversational. I was asked to talk about myself and my prior retail experience, discuss my availability, and highlight my strongest qualities. The focus was on understanding my customer service skills, work ethic, and overall fit for the role.

All completed online with prerecorded videos that can be completed on your computer or phone with three tries per question. Once the interviews are completed, Target will inform you that you either received a job offer or you did not. If you accept, you begin training shortly.
