I arrived at the interview about 5-10 minutes early and they asked me to wait for manager in cafe. I waited for about 45 minutes and went to the CS desk to let them know a manager never came to interview me. No apology and told me to continue to wait. The store was not busy at all during this time period and as I waited and continued to wait and still no manager came over. Finally after 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting a manager came to get me for interview. No apology for the wait and he proceeded to criticize Targets own interview scheduling process. The manager that interviewed me was rude and we walked back to his office he pretty much let the door hit me in the face (twice) when walking me back to his office. I was trying to stay positive thru this experience as I really did want to work at Target. I was energetic, positive and friendly and answered the questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the job and I’m not sure why since I have retail experience and years of job experience . No reason was given in email. I understand if I was not a good fit but the awful interview process was very upsetting and not sure if I would’ve accepted a job anyway after the way I was treated.

It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
digital experience, videos will be watched and then you will be quizzed at the end of the videos. you also watch videos on every position available so you have an understanding of the overall environment

Submitted an application on Workday - then to continue the hiring process I completed a virtual interview that asked questions in a "If a customer/What would you do" format - gave you opportunity to respond and explain yourself with a few retake abilities.
