One in person interview, basic questions regarding situational responses and other behavioral based questions, very typical "explain strengths and weaknesses, times you showed critical thinking, times you showed resilience and how you did so"
Normal, pretty typical stand questions. Asked questions like how is your best attribute, what is something you can work on. How do you handle stressful situations. The interviewer also decided to pick up his phone during the meeting.

Went through 2 interviews. First one was with a district manager and second was with HR manager. Got hired on the spot. I was asked situational questions (tell me about a time when you....) and was advised to answer in the STAR method.
