J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en avr. 2013
Entretien
I submitted an application online and got a call to set up an interview about a week later. My interview was in the early morning and the first thing I did was take a standard test with workplace situations (ex: Is it ever okay to steal from the company?). I then went and waited until I was brought into a back room in the employ-only area, where I watched a video about Target. It proved useful to pay attention to this, as the answers to situational questions were found there. I was then taken to a back room where my first interview took place. The interviewer went through the standard questions then moved onto situational questions. There were mostly asking for specific examples that followed the format of: the situation, the steps you took to resolve it, the resolution, what you learned, and the outcome. These were fairly easy and I was soon taken to another room to do a second interview. This interview followed the same format with slightly more specific situational questions. I was offered the job on the spot and filled out and went over the technicalities in store.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What would you do if a guest disputed the price of an item?
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.

It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
