After applying, HR will contact you over the phone and ask if you want to set up an interview. Then you will find out that it will be a phone interview. If you get passed the phone interview, you will get an offer to come into the store for an in store interview. If you pass the first in store interview you usually have a second one right after, that same day.

I answered 5 recorded interview questions and 1 Q&A. You get 2-3 mins to answer the 5 questions, and the Q&A has no time limit, it was surprisingly easy to prepare myself for.

Describe a time you had to adjust what you were working on to support the needs of a group or team
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
