Got in contact with the Target interview process early in September, from a college career fair. Had initial interview the very next day. Had to fill out the online assessment, it was really hard! Calculator and actual critical thinking was needed. Then a month later, I had a phone interview. One week later, I had the in person interview with a district team leader.
