The interview process was very comfortable I spoke with a younger guy he basically asked what my past work experience was and what were the responsibilities of the job title I did he asked what schedule did I wanna be on and he had me sign a paper he asked me if they were to call my last supervisor and asked how many days I missed and I was honest with him and told him the number of amount of days because the work was quite physically enduring which I worked at Ashley’s Furniture Warehouse 6 days a week 11 hour shifts and that sometimes I needed extra rest for my body because of moving very heavy furniture everyday takes a toll on your body after awhile. I’ve heard of people getting called back for second interviews so I’m only praying I get called back because at the end of the day I was being as truthful as I can.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What would you do if you and another team member weren’t getting along which I said we would either try and work it out too come to a mutual agreement or I would go too my lead or supervisor
Interview is non existent. Normally you do the application then after 48/72 hours they hire you. If you can’t pass the assessment chances are you won’t be hired. Even if you pass the assessment you won’t be hired

Very thorough application process but it took entirely way too long to get an answer, which was "no". I had completely moved on and forgotten about Target when they finally responded.
Easy minimal questions. Gave you plenty of time to answer without feeling pressured. Lots of people were interviewing at the same time as it was during their peak season so that was a little more awkward
