I hated the interview process it was just so extra to me personally. After conducting a phone interview with HR, i got invitied for a campus interview. I met 5-10 other students interviewing for different positions. You are taken into a rooma and you have 4 interviews 2 behavioural purely math, algebra, ratios,breakeven and then one behavioural with director and another with a member of the FRA Program. I hated the campus it felt like college again and I never heard back but im glad
