I applied online and within one day was called to set up a phone interview. They called at the scheduled time and the team leader said what position she was interviewing me for (deli clerk). We discussed pay $11/hour and asked if that was a deal breaker. She then asked about 5 or 6 basic questions. Total it took about 8 or 10 minutes. She then asked me to come in for a second interview and we scheduled that for the next day.

After I completed the online interview answering questions I got a call the next day offering me a position. Although it was in a different sector of the store it was still pretty straightforward

video interview was the first interview. after that is a phone call interview. after that you get the job and do training. the interview process was overall easy. they hire on avability.
