Three short interviews with various managers including the HR Manager, Front End Manager and a third manager from an unrelated department. During the process I was asked if I would be willing to be a cashier with the chance to move to other roles in the future.
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job

easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
