J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en oct. 2010
Entretien
Target called a day or two after my application had been submitted to set up a date for an interview. The initial interview lasted about 30 minutes with a Team Leader, someone who would be my immediate supervisor. Questions consisted of very basic personality questions. "When did you help someone?" , "How did you deal with a stressful situations?" etc. This was immediately followed up with an interview with Store Management, asking almost exactly the same questions. Both store management and team leaders were ver y optimistic, friendly, almost bubbly young women. The entire process took about an hour and half. I received a phone call the next day offering me a job on the Sales Floor, not cashier, which was the position I originally interviewed for. I accepted the position of a Sales Floor Team Member.

I answered 5 recorded interview questions and 1 Q&A. You get 2-3 mins to answer the 5 questions, and the Q&A has no time limit, it was surprisingly easy to prepare myself for.
