J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Minneapolis, MN) en janv. 2012
Entretien
I was referred to a recruiter for the Business Analyst position. After an initial exploratory phone interview, a formal phone interview and an online assessment (consisting of quantitative, critical reasoning, and personality questions) was scheduled.
The second phone interview was 30 min and included a couple general behavioral questions. At the end of the phone call, I was offered an office visit to the Target HQ.
The Target Office Visit was great! Interview day comprised of a morning of company presentations (Target, Minneapolis, position shadowing, etc.) and 2 half-hour interviews after lunch. This was followed by a short tour of the HQ building and a reception. Interviews were straightforward, behavioral-based. They're looking for you to speak on specific experiences and how they reflect/contribute to your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
