I applied online about 2-3wks before I was called for a brief phone interview. I was scheduled to come in 2 days later for a face-to-face. I waited 45 min for someone to come and interview me. I met with 2 store leaders they both asked the exact same questions. Another 2 wks went by before I was called back and given a conditional job offer. Once the background check comes back I will start orientation.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Pasadena, CA) en oct. 2011
Entretien
I first heard that Target desperately needed seasonal overnight workers from a family friend who worked there backroom (overnight.) I applied online, and the next day they called to schedule an interview later that week. I went in for my interview at around 10 pm, it consisted of two separate 1:1 interviews. First with a supervisor, who actually works on the floor, then after with the overnight manager. It took about 2 hours because there were multiple people there for an interview. The interview itself was fairly simple, both asked about the same questions which were merely worded differently. "talk about a difficult situation at work and how you got through it," stuff like that.
