Entretien
Applied online. The next day I received an email requesting for a good time to conduct a phone screening. During the phone screening, they asked questions like what kind of leadership experience do you have and why Target. The next step is an interview with a store team leader. This is where they bring in the behavioral questions like "Tell me about a time when you work as a team" or "Tell me about a time when you had to use feedback from others to influence your decision". The next step after this is an interview with the District Team Leader which is the one that decides whether or not you'll be a good asset to their team. The behavioral questions continued. Some examples would be "Tell me about a time there was a problem and how did you fix it?" and "Tell me about a time that you had to make a difficult decision and what was the outcome". After this interview, I recieved an email stating that they are going to pursue other applicants.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
