You enter your application details on a computer at the store and weeks later if lucky a team leader will contact you for an interview. Then they give you a personality assessment and request for a drug test.

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.
