He was committed to making sure he is finding the right people for his team - but also towards making sure that I am finding the right fit. We ended up not proceeding since the salary range was not a match but he even offered to recommend me to different companies and stay in touch. Just based on Andrew's approach to the interview - I can already tell the team that he has assembled at Taplytics is probably a fantastic group of people.
