I was contacted about this position on LinkedIn. Recruiter was great throughout the process and very responsive. I had 5 interviews. The whole process took 4 weeks:
1) Screening Call with the recruiter: Pretty standard screener. Touched work history, technical skills, compensation.
1a) After the screener, I was sent an online quiz. You have 30 seconds to answer several technical questions.
2) Met with a manager. Check for culture fit mostly. "Tell me about a time when..." type questions.
3) Technical Interview. This was with a panel of 3 senior members of the team and the most difficult. Questions regarding code, troubleshooting tools, interspersed with "tell me about a time when..." questions.
4) Interview with the manager I would be reporting to. Was more of a conversation about support methodologies and the outlook of the team. Culture fit seemed to be the goal of this one.
5) Interview with an exec. Similar to the previous one, checking mostly for culture fit.
