Junior budget for a senior hiring process. I decide to participate for this hiring process anyways, it was 3 live on hour steps (2 tech challenges and 1 arch challenge) for a position that only pays 3500max. I tough because the salary there were going to go easy on me, but I mistake bad. In fact, I fail in the second test and they let me go to the last one anyways, after scheduling a meeting with their CTO, they cancel the meeting 4 minutes before start time and only on the other day they told me that I fail in the test. Worst company ever! I am super glad that I did not joined. I remember participating on a look like process, but it was for a 8K USD position...

It consisted of 3 or 4 parts. It was extensive but fair. Different parts about architecture, programming, culture, etc. It was not easy but also not very hard. Just general knowledge.
