Short phone chat followed by onsite interview. While the HR person I met with was extremely friendly and helpful, those interviewing me were thoroughly disinterested and even annoyed by the fact that they had to conduct the interview. Scheduling was also unprofessional; one person who was supposed to interviewing me simply wasn't present and others were late. I spent at least 15-20 minutes sitting alone in a conference room.

I was contacted by a recruiter and then scheduled a phone screen. At first time I miss the interview time because I was out of the state and there is time difference. Then I rescheduled with the interviewer and did a phone screen. But I did not finish the problem and failed.
