The hiring process consisted of an initial phone screen, a Zoom interview with general and riddle-style questions, and an HR interview. The process lacked structure and standardization, with much of the experience depending on the specific hiring manager. As a result, expectations and evaluation criteria were not always clear.

After a quick conversation with a recruiter, an interview was scheduled. Asked to talk about a project I’ve done, and lots of questions regarding my current job. Also asked to mention 3 things I would have done to improve the app.
