My CV was found online and I received a call from the company to discuss the role. Two stages:
1. Comfortable, down to earth face to face interview with the guy running the recruitment of graduates. Given a lot of detail on the company, why they're different, a week in the life of a TB enmployee. The interview also includes a simple mental arithmetic/ literacy test based on 50 multiple choice questions.
2. In a few days I attended the second part of the interview where you speak to the sales team leader. Give a short presentation as if you were selling the company and a brief one about your relevant strengths. Then it's a more in depth discussion about you and your motivations to work in this company.
