      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tandigm Health (Conshohocken, PA) en avr. 2023

      Entretien

      The interview process was very time consuming and requires the candidate to prepare/present a 45 minute mock presentation with role playing. To do this, I needed to review, research, and synthesize data and prepare a slide deck. This took me about 6 hours to prepare. I then spent another 2.5 hours of my time to have a follow up meeting with Tandigm to review the presentation assignment, traveling to/from their office, and presenting it to their team. On top of that they scheduled me for multiple (4 in total) 30 minute interviews (often with one individual) who asked me the same questions all the other interviewers had asked. It would have been more efficient and respectful of my time to do an initial interview followed by a panel interview (or going directly to the panel interview). I complied with the expectations because I was very interested in the role. Tandigm had promised to get back to me by a specific date with a hiring decision and failed to stick to the timeline they established despite me telling the recruiter that I had another offer but was holding out for an offer from Tandigm. When they missed their own deadline I decided to move on. I felt that their expectations of their candidates was unreasonable and they could have been more respectful of my time. When they failed to adhere to their own timeline I decided to go with the other opportunity which was less cumbersome and paid more. Their interview processis, in my opinion, too demanding of the candidates time for this position/pay range.
