Group interviews, they are looking for someone who show motivation to meet short term and long term goals. Well thought out and honest answers- even if it doesn't paint you as a shining star- will get you farther than trying talk up minimum experience

Saw hiring sign outside of local Tan Republic, sent in my resume with a picture to the email address listed.
Was contacted via email by manager to set up a time and place to interview.
Met manager at her house, ended up not being up an interview as her straight up hiring me since I had previous sales experience.
