Initally responded to an advertisement that I saw online. Deliveered a resume in person. Was called back for an interview. Spoke with the CAD Manager and finally the Engineering Manager. Very professional interview with all the appropriate questions that answered most of my questions with out haveing to ask. Discussed job responsibilities and executed a physical test on the software that was expected to be used in the position.
