Todas las fases con IA en inglés, a través de Whatsapp, te llama una IA, te hace preguntas que obviamente no te da tiempo a preparar, tipo dime situaciones relacionadas con el puesto y después de pasar varias fases, la final es con alguien real. Pero nunca te dirán nada si no te dan el puesto, después de dedicarles tanto tiempo para las entrevistas.

Entretien
1- Initial submission including recording audio answers to questions.
2- English test (audio submissions), although the first step was already in English.
3- AI interview with “Sarah” (phone call). Asked for several experience
examples.
4- Interview with Manager.
3 days later I received a generic automated WhatsApp message saying they weren't moving forward with me. No feedback.
The whole process was about a month long.

Entretien
In the first round, I had an AI interview where I recorded audio responses to pre-set questions. The next step was a call with an AI recruiter, followed by an interview with the Head of Product.
Right at the start of our conversation, he mentioned that a key part of the role required certain skills that weren’t listed in the job description. Fortunately, I had those skills, so we continued the discussion. The interviewer made a great impression, and the interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. I thought it went well.
However, I never heard back from them. They had promised to follow up within a few days, but after four weeks and two follow-ups from my side, I never received a response. It was confusing.
