The application procedure includes a test (translation + questions on your knowledge) and an interview. I was invited to an on-site interview with one of the managers. He told me a lot about the company and asked me to introduce myself. Then I could pose my questions. The interview was friendly and nice, we had a relaxed conversation. The questions were standard, no surprise questions. I was contacted about 2 weeks later with an offer.
