The interview process was cool. Initial, Final, Training then client pairing.Just know about product management,Marketing ,data analysis.Ensure that you pass the cumulative assessment .Do alot of research it helps.Thats all i can say

The requirements are quite hight in regards of Payment. The criteria set to onboard the candidate finally are good but so rigid. I couldnot carry on the interview further due to i didn't pass the internet speed test requirement which was apparently for the router issue i recovered later. So, i asked the interviewer about scheduling just the internet speed test after i resolve the internet issue. The interviewer, as per the policy, didn't proceed further and ended the intv. there. Being a qualified candidate, it's quite disappointing for me as i was expecting at least to have the interview carried on till the last minute. I understand the company regulations put Internet Speed Requirement first before the skills needed, no matter how much qualified one is, once an individual slightly falls short of a mentioned requirement, he/she is unworthy or unqualified. This, i think, disappointed me at a scale in regard of what i was expecting from Talentpop. Nevertheless, i must say again, the regulations seem harder in terms of the payment. Though 3$ an hour didn't dishearten me, but the issue i just mentioned. Not complaining, but opinionating if onboarding process could be more flexible by negotiating the priorities which comes after which.
