I was headhunted by a recruiter from the parent company Barker Ross Recruitment and invited for a formal interview with Mike Trevor, who was the CEO at the time. Later I met with Helen Hughes, the Head of Operations. Helen was an incredible person, full of energy and enthusiasm for the model.
