Entretien
The interview was in front of a panel of about three people. It was alright overall. The interviewers were pleasant and were not trying to catch you out. As long as you can base your answers around these key concepts you should be good. 1. The motto of the Talbot group 2. Person-Centred Plan - Root your answers in the PCP, it is like a manual or guide to service users i.e if the service user has a history of reacting badly to authority avoid the word no etc 3. Redirection - How you would help service users to avoid difficult behaviours e.g breathing techniques or suggesting an activity 4. Communication - Show you can communicate effectively with others including nonverbal communication
