I applied online and heard back pretty quick. The interview was for a 15 minute Zoom "meet and greet" with someone who I wasn't sure why they were the first point of contact, given their title. In the actual interview, I was told this call was to determine culture fit and for the candidate to ask questions about the company. I wanted to be considerate of time, so it felt rushed to ask enough/the right questions within the scheduled time while also getting a good understanding of the company/position. Afterwards the interviewer said there would be a test project and would determine within 24 to 48 hours if they wanted to move me forward. The interviewer and I didn't mesh very well, so I was fully expecting a rejection email. Instead, I have heard nothing over a week later.
