I applied on Takeda's job portal in June and HR reached out to me in mid July. First round of interview was with HR on the phone, who usually ask about background, experience, and credentials. After that, it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me with the next step, interview with hiring manager. The interview with hiring manager was quite fast. hiring manager didn't ask any questions about my credentials, experience, etc. instead, hiring manager explained the role in more details and asked why did I choose to apply to Takeda.
