I had two great interviews and was then ghosted. I believe this type of behavior is typical these days, but it is still frustrating. What made it worse is that the interviewer spoke to me as though I already had the job. "I'd like to get you in next week to meet the team reporting to you", is one example. Some other statements were more overt but I don't want to be too specific.
