Chaotic, disorganized, as interviews passed details about salary and work time changed, unfortunately from good to bad, Also requirements changed and I was informed about the position in full detail on the last interview that revealed some not good details about the position and Takeda. They revealed that there is a background check requirement from the week they made the decision to hire me based on a bad experience of local HR Manager with a recent management hire, but said this is needed but wont be enforced. So why require me to sign a consent ? Chaotic and inconsistent as i said.

It was a four round interview process spread across multiple weeks and some were panel interviews. They were virtual and the role (req) was eventually pulled and closed after the fourth interview. It was an unfortunate waste of time.
