First I applied with my CV and a typing test. They look for at least 80wpm.
After that was an audio transcript test, they sent me a clip and I had to type out the first 30 minutes of the audio. This involved typing it out in the format they wanted you to on the website.

Entretien
A process of three tasks which were quite straightforward to carry out. The first was copying out some text exactly, in under one minute. The second task involved an English Language check (checking that you know the difference between certain adjectives/nouns). The third and final task was a transcribing test which was 5 minutes long.
