1 hour interview with three interviewers plus 1.5 hours of skills assessment after the interview, comprise of reading and writing skills and excel skills assessments. Not a hard interview, but do requires certain skills to be a successful candidate.

There were three interviewers. Firstly, I did a self introduction, outlined the highlights of my past experience, then I was asked about one of the university programs. Then I was asked to repeat the previous answer in Mandarin again because Mandarin is one of their working languages in Taiwan Business Bank. Lastly, they asked why do you want to join the company. There was a 2-hour assessment afterwards to test out Excel skills and Written skills in English ( to make up a formal email response to APRA enquiry.)
