I applied for Senior Frontend Developer - React (Mumbai). As a candidate my experience was not good & ill-handled. The company looks for candidate via Angel List or they have outsourced it to third party HR company. In my case, I received call from company AIT which had contract with Taglr. They arrange the interview and acted as middle man between me and Taglr. I completed the first 2 rounds. I received a short notice invite for F2F interview from Taglr's HR (at time Arnold), as I am currently residing in Bangalore(AIT and Taglr both were aware). I could not attend it on 24hrs notice. Therefore, I asked for Reschedule. After talking back and forth with HR from AIT & sending mails to HR at Taglr for 2 weeks regarding the reschedule, I received no response at all. Their was no response from HR at Taglr, when asked about the reschedule or even when asked about the status of my application. Interview consists of 3 rounds: 1. An assignment will be mailed to you with a timeline (3-5hrs), which will test you logic. They will send you a react redux project with few bugs which you need to identify and resolve. Along with this you need to implement a feature. 2. This was a telephonic round. They asked in depth about react its features. They will also ask if application has some problem , how can you resolve them using react's features. 3. Face to Face interview .
