First interview was with HR and operation manager and it has went good then they have requested a second interview but before giving the schedule they have requested to finish a technical presentation which I did and sent to them over email, passed more than a week and no one called me to schedule the interview as promised! And even not replying the follow up email. It's so clear that they are unprofessional startup company and just collecting the assignments and the ideas without contacting the candidates and this is give a very bad impression about this company that they are Fake and wasting the candidates time and efforts!
