Contacted by Field Recruiter, set up interview over video/phone, got second interview with Area Coach and Market Coach over Meetings. Was contacted by Area Coach by phone a few days later and got a verbal job offer, then a formal written offer.

Usually only promote from RGM position. Had to do 3 major things to be considered: 1. Completely develop a new RGM for company 2. RGM of a red restaurant that I had to turn green, and maintain green for a year 3. Maintain green restaurant while acting as Area Coach for 1 restaurant in my area During this time I met with the Director of Operations weekly to complete the Area Coach curriculum. Finally I had to present my professional portfolio in a panel interview. A long haul but worth it to get into position.
