They ask you questions about your previous job experience and then you answer and then they ask why you wanna work there and then you answer that too and then they ask you what you want to be paid and then you answer and then they say, "we can not pay you that, best we can do is like 5 dollars less"

Solid interview, personable, and professional the individual who did my interview was understanding, asked clarifying questions. As well as had personable discussions afterwords to get to know who they may hire on a personal level.

The interview was fast-paced and practical, focused on knife skills, station experience, and handling pressure. The cook spoke directly, showed confidence without ego, and emphasized reliability, teamwork, and learning through repetition during busy services.
