Interview was super simple, no more than 5-10 minutes. Hiring manager essentially asked about prior work experience and how I thought I would fit in with the company. I was hired on the spot after the first interview.

It was fairly straightforward and not too much pressure. Interview as set up quickly and took place in the seated area while the restaurant wasn't too busy. Nothing to really complain about either way.
