I applied and got a call months later because they were opening a new location and needed people fast. She was kind of blah, serious. It sucked. We were all hired at the same time.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
