Initial communications with company started by contact with GM. After 1:1 interview, I was requested to deliver a presentation which would show presentation skills. I was allowed 72 hs. to check the company and deliver a 12-15' presentation explaining about personal development and sales techniques courses. It seems that my past compensation are well above what they are offering.
