Phone Interview Online Interview Home task Review of task with team member. First, the task was ridiculously long, as in 2-3 WORKDAYS worth. It included obscure and very odd things. When I was at the task review with the team member, it started to seem as of they use the interview to gain insights to actual work they have. It also took them wayyyyy to long to respond, as in weeks after the interview, and I was the one to ask for an update. Throughout the interviews it seems as if there is a lot of politics and ego running the place. Workers complaining about high pressure and the need to deal confrontational coworkers. Overall, it felt like the company did not respect my time, nor care about even their own workers.
